IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES

  • Please review before submitting an inquiry

    • A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Dates are not secured without deposit.

    • Final pricing is confirmed following consultation and venue review. Custom styling experiences are subject to design scope and material availability.

    • A minimum of 2.5 hours of uninterrupted access is required for setup. Setup timing will be finalized prior to your event.

    • Breakdown/teardown is not included in standard packages and must be booked as an add-on in advance.

    • Once installation is complete, client assumes full responsibility for all décor. Bestie+Babe is not liable for damage caused by guests, venue staff, children, or weather.

    • Balloon popping, shifting, or deflation after setup is considered normal and does not qualify for refunds.

    • For outdoor events, services may be rescheduled or moved indoors due to weather. Weather-related changes do not qualify for refunds.

    • Bestie+Babe reserves the right to photograph installations for portfolio and marketing purposes unless written opt-out is provided prior to the event.

    • By booking with Bestie+Babe, clients agree to all terms outlined in the Master Event Styling Agreement.

    • Client must provide access to the room prior to setup. Delayed venue access of 15 minutes or more may incur a delayed access fee. Extended delays may result in design modifications or cancellation without refund.

    • No open flames permitted (flameless candles only)

    • Hotel setups are subject to hotel property approval.

    • Travel fees may apply

    • ·Next-day pickup must be completed before hotel checkout time
